Hello! My name is Elvia I am a Licensed Lash Artist Located in Odessa Tx. Thank you for being interested in my services! Policy No foreign fills. Infills must have at least 50% of lashes Anything after 3 weeks is considered a full set and will have to be rebooked. I will give you 48 hr for retention issues and I will fix it free of charge. Don’t arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged 50% of your service. If running late A text is greatly appreciated! I do not offer refunds on the service provided. If you experience an allergic reaction I will remove the lashes free of charge but no refund will be issued. Deposit is required to book! this deposit goes toward your service. Deposits are non refundable and must be paid at the time of booking your appointment. If you are a No call no show, I will not book you again. NO PLUS ONE!! Thank you! Before Appointment Remove ALL makeup and Anything you normally wear as far as skin care. If you need to cancel or reschedule make sure to do it 24hrs in advanced. Canceling 2 hrs before your appointment is a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of your service.
